Finance Admin Assistant at Found, London
The Big Ideas Group, Found’s umbrella company, is looking for a smart and diligent individual to join us as an admin assistant for the Finance team. This is a newly created role to support the finance team with administration duties and is perfect for someone looking to get their first experience in finance.
You will be involved in everything from sending invoices, data entry to reconciling payment and raising POs . It’s a varied role that will see you developing a solid understanding of finance and how a finance team runs.
About you:
- You are friendly, enjoy working with people and have fantastic negotiating skills (for both external and internal communications)
- You have excellent attention to detail and are able to multi-task!
- You have a tenacious and positive attitude.
- What you will do:
- Data entry
- Reconciling payments
- Producing remittances for payments
- Filing
- Sending invoices
- Credit control
- Posting supplier invoices
- Raising purchase orders
- Our requirements:
- Previous office experience in a commercial environment is desirable, previous accounts experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Have a good standard of computer literacy (Excel, Outlook etc) and excellent spoken and written English.
