Account Manager at Found, London

As an Account Manager, you are the primary connection between the Found team and the client, acting as an advocate for both. Your job is to develop and facilitate smooth and successful ongoing client relationships. You will be the voice of the client at Found and ensure delivery success through efficient project management and clear communication; with the client’s goals at the heart of everything you do.

What you will do
- Be the primary point of contact between Found and the client
- Be the voice of the client at Found
- Develop a strong insight into each client’s campaign(s) and provide well-informed, strategic and timely advice to both clients and internal teams
- Work with clients to set KPIs for campaigns and ensure performance is monitored closely against client goals and contractual requirements.
- Create and provide campaign performance reports and ensure they are shared and communicated well to the client.
- Work with our Search & Studio teams to deliver successful digital campaigns
- Coordinate client requirements across the internal teams to ensure that all deliverables are understood
- Make sure that tasks are scheduled and delivered on time
- Work with our Operations Team to understand resource and to prioritise client deliverables
- Identify and progress opportunities for upsells (increased scope, ad hoc projects)
- Hold the client accountable for their commitments/requirements to the campaign
- Monitor campaign burn rates
- Coordinate and lead all client meetings and communications
Our requirements
- 1 years of experience managing client accounts within digital marketing
- 1 years’ project management experience
- Experience leading discussions on digital marketing
